Halloween Quesadillas

Ingredients

1 package Del Real Foods Chipotle Honey Chicken, prepared according to package instructions
2 large flour tortillas
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Cooking spray
½ cup Del Real Foods Fire Roasted Red Salsa, for serving

Instructions

Prepare the Del Real Foods Chipotle Honey Chicken according to package instructions.

Using a small paring knife, carefully cut 4 jack-o’-lantern faces into one half of each tortilla, spacing the faces evenly.

3.

Divide the Del Real Foods Chipotle Honey Chicken and shredded cheddar cheese between the uncut halves of the tortillas. Fold the face-cut halves over the filling to form half-moon quesadillas.

Lightly coat a large skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium-low heat. Cook each quesadilla for 2–3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted.

Transfer the quesadillas to a cutting board. Cut each quesadilla into 4 pieces, positioning one jack-o’-lantern face on each piece. Arrange the 8 quesadilla pieces on a serving platter and serve with Del Real Foods Fire Roasted Red Salsa on the side.
