1 large bag sturdy tortilla chips
2 cups Del Real Foods Carnitas
½ cup guacamole
½ cup pico de gallo
¼ cup Mexican crema
¼ cup crumbled cotija cheese

Instructions

Prepare the Del Real Foods Carnitas according to package instructions and keep warm.

On a large serving platter, arrange the tortilla chips in a Christmas tree shape, starting with the largest layer at the bottom and making each layer smaller as you work toward the top.

Add a layer of warm carnitas, followed by small dollops of guacamole and pico de gallo. Add another layer of tortilla chips on top, making it slightly smaller than the layer below.

Repeat the layers of carnitas, guacamole, and pico de gallo, making each layer smaller to create the shape of a Christmas tree.

5.

Drizzle the finished tree with Mexican crema and sprinkle with cotija cheese.
