When will my order ship?
Orders placed Monday through Wednesday before 5:00 PM PST get processed and shipped within two business days. Orders placed Thursday Sunday ship out Monday or Tuesday of the following week. All Del Real Foods products are shipped in Eco-Friendly High-Performance Insulation with ice packs.
*During peak ordering seasons and holidays, orders may take longer to be processed. Keep an eye out for disclaimers on our website that let you know if certain products may not be able to ship right away.
Will my order ship tax-free?
No, our products are not tax free and are subject to respective state and local taxes. Taxes will be applied at check out.
Do you offer free shipping?
When you spend $100 or more, you will receive FREE 2-day shipping on your entire order. During select periods, we will have promotions that offer free shipping or additional discounts. Subscribe to our SMS and Email Newsletter to be notified of our free shipping promotions. Click here to subscribe
Can I update the shipping address on my order?
Please review your shipping address carefully before you submit your order. Once your order is submitted, your address can not be changed.
Where does Del Real Foods ship?
We currently ship to residential/commercial addresses in all 50 states. We do not ship to P.O. box addresses or addresses outside of the United States. Please see our Shipping Rates, Transit Times, and Rates for details.
How will my order ship?
All orders are shipped via FedEx Standard Overnight or Ground, depending on your proximity to our shipping facilities. Del Real products are shipped in Eco-Friendly High-Performance Insulation with blue ice packs. Please refrigerate upon arrival.
COVID-19 Update: As our supply chain takes every precaution for the health and safety of our staff members and our customers, you may experience longer than expected delivery times.
My order tracking says my package was delivered, but I have not received it. What do I do?
Please use your FedEx tracking information to make sure that FedEx did not reroute your delivery because of a specific instruction associated with your address (some residential/commercial buildings have these pre-set). If your delivery is still missing, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can help you find a solution.
Can the ice packs be reused?
Yes! The ice packs may be reused. Simply freeze them again.

Can I use two promo codes for one order?
Discount codes may not be used in combination with any other promotion.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and debit cards, including Visa, American Express, Discover, and MasterCard as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay
How can I update items in my order?
Unfortunately, once the order is placed, no changes can be completed.

When will I be charged for my order?
Your debit/credit card (or Paypal account) will be charged once your order is placed.
