INGREDIENTS

  • 1- 15oz pack Del Real Chicken Al Pastor
  • 3 Tostada Bowls
  • 3 cups, chopped lettuce
Optional toppings:
  • Guacamole
  • Sour Cream
  • Pico de gallo
  • Corn kettles
  • Salsa

Instructions

  1. Pre heat medium size skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add half teaspoon of oil.
  3. Empty Al Pastor from pouch and spread evenly across skillet.
  4. Add diced pineapple.
  5. Heat for 2-5 minutes or until core temperature reaches a minimum of 165F.
  6. Stir occasionally and set aside.
  7. Add 1 cup chopped lettuce to tortilla bowl.
  8. Top with 5oz of Chicken Al Pastor.
  9. Add desired toppings and enjoy!
