INGREDIENTS

  • 1-15oz package
  • 1 15oz cup
  • 6 cups of vegetable stock
  • 1 tablespoon garlic salt
  • 1 tablespoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • 3 large potatoes, diced

Toppings:

  • Cilantro
  • Sliced Avocado
  • Sliced Jalapeño

PREPARATION

  1. In a large pot over medium heat add vegetable stock, diced potatoes, Del Real Foods® Carnitas, Del Real Foods® Salsa de Molcajete Verde, cumin, garlic salt, and pepper.
  2. Stir all ingredients together. Heat until boiling, then cover and reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for at least 5-10 minutes or until the potatoes are fork-tender.
  3. Taste, and add additional seasoning, if needed. Serve warm with toppings of your choice. Enjoy
