COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

MICROWAVE

  1. Remove paper sleeve from tray and place pouch in a microwave safe bowl/plate.
  2. Microwave on high for 2 minutes and 30 seconds. Flip bag over and puncture 2 holes in the bag.
  3. Microwave an additional 2 minutes and 30 seconds or until core temperature reaches a minimum of 165°F. Let it stand for 2 minutes.
  4. Open bag carefully, and empty content into a bowl.
  5. Serve Pozole and Enjoy!

Note: Microwave ovens vary in rates of heating. Times given are approximate.

STOVE TOP

  1. Remove paper sleeve from tray and empty pouch into a 2 quart saucepan.
  2. Warm Pozole over medium heat for about 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Continue heating until core temperature reaches a minimum of 165°F.
  4. Serve Pozole and Enjoy!
