Cheese & Green Chile Tamales

Our Cheese & Green Chile Tamales are traditionally made by hand, like it’s been done for generations. Soft and moist masa, Monterey Jack cheese, fire roasted green chilies are then wrapped in a sustainable wrap to preserve the delicious flavor and texture of our masa. And while making tamales by hand can be a long process, all you have to do to enjoy a taste of authentic Mexico is open the package, heat and eat. Serve our Cheese & Green Chile Tamales as an entrée or as a side dish or appetizer.

Less cheese?

I fell in love with these tamales from buying them at Costco for some reason Costco no longer carries the cheese and green Chile and they were so cheesy and good but I noticed buying them directly from you guys there’s barely any cheese mostly masa which is disappointing especially when the cost of shipping exceeds the price of the product the quality is not the same…..I appreciate them including the bonus pack of tamales but I don’t eat meat so I couldn’t eat them

Cheese & Green Chili Tamales...cheese, yes....green chili, not so much

The Cheese & Green Chili Tamales were ok, but not my favorite Del Real food product.... Unfortunately, the green chilis seemed to be absent or just so few that I could barely taste anything other than the cheese and corn masa. The corn masa also seemed a bit undercooked....sort of mushy rather than firm. I have had the red pork tamales and they were very good....perhaps I received a bad batch of the cheese and green chile tamales....
